- All our food items are produced and processed in a facility that handles possible allergens such as nuts ,eggs, dairy and products containing gluten. We cannot guarantee absolute absence of cross contamination in our frozen food products. We cannot guarantee that our food products are safe to consume for people with food allergies.
- Our food products do not contain added salt, refined sugar, monosodium glutamate, artificial flavourings or preservatives. However, in certain circumstances, we do use ready made products, which may/may not contain the above-mentioned ingredients, available to us in the market. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge this information and assumes all the risks associated with the consumption of our frozen food items.
- Given the unpredictable weather conditions in Singapore, shipping and delivery does not allow for full protection of food products to maintain at frozen temperatures while in transit. While there are packaging materials available to minimize the temperature fluctuation in transit, there materials will not guarantee the arrival of your product in the frozen state and as such, we cannot assume liability for the arrival temperature of your orders for this reason.
- You shall not hold Shane’s Kitchen Pte. Ltd. liable for any adverse reaction as a result of the consumption of our food products. Handling of frozen food items carries with it inherent risks that include but not limited to improper storage, defrosting, reheating, and other food handling processes not within the control of Shane’s Kitchen Pte. Ltd. By purchasing from Shane’s Kitchen Pte. Ltd., you assume all the risks of personal injury, illness or death associated with the handling of our frozen cooked food items.
- With each purchase, you agree, indemnify and hold harmless Shane’s Kitchen Pte. Ltd. from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fee as a result of the use of our products.
