    Our delivery schedule will be made available to you upon check out. For urgent delivery, kindly contact us before placing your orders online.

    A minimal delivery fee of $10 applies for delivery to a single location. Multiple delivery locations for one order is not allowed. Please submit a separate order should you require us to deliver to several locations.

    Kindly key in the correct delivery address as there will be an $10 re-delivery fee for every failed delivery.

    We are not able to accept any change after an order is scheduled for delivery. A rescheduling fee of $10 applies for any change made to delivery after order confirmation.

    Please be around to receive your order. Due to food safety reasons, we do not encourage leaving the food items outside the door. Should you opt to have the food items placed outside your door, Shane’s Kitchen shall not be held responsible for any food spoilage after delivery.

    Products that have been received and accepted upon delivery are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

    If there is a missing or incorrect item upon receipt, please notify us within 24 hours and we will proceed to issue you a refund.

    We cannot refund or accept a returned product that has been purchased from us if it has been more than 24 hours since the delivery of the product. Please store your items appropriately and avoid keeping foods within the temperature danger zone where bacteria can multiply quickly.

    We encourage everyone to carefully consider and look through your items before confirming the orders. All orders received cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once payment has been made.
